Mulling Spice Mix
With this line up of spices, it's not a surprise that mulled wine is a favorite during the holiday season. Mulling spice mix is often dropped into a pot of water and made to simmer over the stove for hours as an aromatic potpourri, although mulled wine is a great traditional use of it as well. Either way, mulling spices make a great holiday infusion and your house will smell of Christmas.
Ingredients: Cinnamon chips, orange peel, cloves, allspice, cardamom, star anise.
