Tea Brewing Guide
While most tea can be steeped in boiling water, some do better at a lower temperature.
Greens, Whites, and Oolongs are more flavorful when brewed in slightly cooler water.
These brewing and steeping times are approximate – adjust them to your own taste.
Suggested amount is 1 rounded teaspoon per cup – adjust amount to your own taste.
